Professional Standards Committee is responsible for enforcement of the REALTORS’® Code of Ethics and facilitation of the BRAR arbitration process. Committee compilation includes more experienced REALTOR® members.  Members of the committee are assigned to sit on hearing panels in both ethics and arbitration cases. Attendance at professional standards training seminar is required. Professional Standards Committee members must have served at least one term on the Grievance Committee. Committee members serve on hearing panels as necessary.
